About

Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I’m glad you stopped by!

Hi, I’m Lindsay!

I am a photographer and content creator, specializing in food photography and recipe development for the busy blogger. My goal is to provide you with scroll stopping images of delicious, family friendly recipes for your blog. My recipe writing style and step-by-step photography makes scratch cooking approachable and fun! No one should feel intimidated by the words “yeast dough” or “vinaigrette,” so let’s work together to empower your readers! Your Pinterest boards and Instagram will thank you for the gorgeous content, too.

I have been behind the camera for over 20 years, so long in fact that I actually know how to develop film in a dark room, and my first digital camera accepted floppy discs. I have been in the kitchen just as long, and I am passionate about furthering my education in photography and culinary arts, I never stop learning and growing. I am a graduate of the Pretty Focused course, and a former food blogger, so you can rest assured that I know what you need to succeed in this market!

I live in Southeastern Michigan with my wonderful husband, our two teenage daughters, a couple kitties, and our dog named Kevin. When I’m not in my studio, you can find me at the barn riding horses, hiking the trails in the gorgeous parks in the area with my daughters, or hanging out with my husband and cracking ourselves up with our hilarious jokes.

My promise to you with each purchase:

  • Exclusive, Copyscape checked recipes.
  • Each recipe is tested & developed by me right here in my studio. If it doesn’t make the cut, you won’t find it for sale.
  • Recipe description that you can drop right into your post.
  • Recipes that are customizable for you, and your reader!
  • Beautiful collection of high resolution, professional photos for your readers to drool over.
  • Ingredient and process shots are all portrait orientation (tall).
  • Hero shots are a mixture of portrait and landscape (wide) orientation.
  • I’ll always include tips and tricks that can help you write your blog, and help your reader execute the recipe like a boss.
  • Helpful extra tidbits like keywords, average monthly search volume, and links to the top performing search results for you to reference.
